Diflucan One is used to treat vaginal thrush in women, or penile thrush in men whose partners have thrush.
Adults (16-60 years): Take one capsule by mouth with a drink of water at any time of day, with or without food. You should notice an improvement in a day or two and be clear within a week. Consult your doctor if your symptoms do not improve within one week

You should make sure that you carefully read all product packaging and labels prior to use
Capsule containing: Fluconazole 150mg.
Do not use Diflucan One unless you have spoken to your doctor: if you are under 16 or over 60 years of age; if you are pregnant, suspect you might be pregnant, or breast-feeding; if you are experiencing lower abdominal pain or burning on passing urine; if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in Diflucan One or other antifungals and other thrush treatments; if you are taking any medicine other than the Pill; if you have had thrush more than twice in the last six months. Men: if your sexual partner does not have vaginal thrush. Please read the enclosed leaflet.
Occasionally, taking this medicine causes mild side effects such as nausea, stomach discomfort, wind or diarrhoea. Rarely, rash or headache have been reported.
