Cystopurin is a 48 hour treatment for the symptoms of cystitis. Each pack of Cystopurin contains 6 sachets of powder, low in sodium and with natural cranberry juice extract, which you simply mix with water to make cranberry flavoured drinks.
Adults and children over 6 years: Empty the contents of one sachet into a small glass of cold water (200ml) and stir until the granules dissolve to give a cranberry flavoured drink. Take three times daily for two days.
Each Cystopurin sachet contains 3g of the active ingredient, Potassium Citrate BP. In addition each sachet contains mannitol (E421), citric acid (E330), aspartame (E951), natural cranberry flavours (flavours contain cranberry extracts with sugar and ethanol). Contains a source of phenylalanine. Harmful for people with phenylketonurea.
Not recommended for children under 6 years. If symptoms persist longer than the 48 hour treatment you should consult your doctor. Do not take Cystopurin if you are pregnant, or have had kidney or heart disease, without first consulting your doctor. Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
