Bacteria can cause plaque build up which is a major cause of gum disease and cavities. The best way to help protect teeth and gums is to have a good oral hygiene routine.
Rinse the mouth for 30 seconds with 10ml once or twice daily after cleaning the teeth. Do not swallow and do not rinse with water.
