Complan Strawberry Flavour is a vitamin and mineral fortified drink mix with dried skimmed milk and vegetable oil. Ideal for convalescents, elderly, pregnant and nursing mothers, busy people and athletes.
Quarter fill a large cup or mug with cold water or milk. Add 3-4 heaped dessertspoons. Mix to a smooth cream with a whisk or fork. Top up with either cold or boiling water or milk, stirring all the time.
