Benylin Children's Night Coughs provides effective relief from children's cough and congestion. It also helps relieve runny nose symptoms associated with hayfever and other allergic conditions. Benylin Children's Dry Coughs provides effective relief from children's dry, tickly coughs. Calms and soothes tickly coughs. Sugar and Colour free.
For oral use. Children 6 years and over: two 5 ml spoonfulevery 6 hours. Do not use more than 4 doses in 24 hours and not to be given to children under 6 years.
Dry coughs: Active ingredient in 5ml is 2mg Pholcodine. Also contains: Maltitol Syrup, Sodium Citrate, Citric Acid Monohydrate, Sodium Benzoate (E211), Flavours (Blackcurrant, Vanilla), Purified Water, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Glycerol and Acesulfame K. Night Coughs: Active ingredients in 5ml are 7mg Diphenhydramide Hydrochloride and 0.55mg Levomenthol. Also contains: Sorbitol Solution, Glycerol, Ethanol, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Sodium Citrate, Citric Acid Monohydrate, Sodium Benzoate (E211), Sodium Saccharin, Raspberry Essence and Purified Water..
Diabetics: this product contains sorbitol and maltitol. If you are pregnant or breast feeding consult your pharmacist or doctor before taking. You should make sure that you carefully read all product packaging and labels prior to use. This cough and cold remedy contains certain ingredients which should no longer be used in children under 6, as the balance of benefits and risk has not been shown to be favourable.
