Avomine
Avomine is an antiemetic which is more commonly known as an anti sickness drug. Avomine tablets help to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting associated from travel sickness and vertigo.
Avomine travel sickness tablets can be taken from the age of 5 years old and may cause drowsiness. Always read the label before taking this product.
Travel Sickness
Travel or motion sickness happens when repetitive small movements occur which means your brain is sent mixed messages. Your eyes are saying one thing but the position of your body is saying something else.
As a result of this confusion it usually results in feeling of nausea, vomiting and sometimes becoming sweaty. On some occasions strong smelling products can also generate sickness like food and petrol.
If you are travelling by sea obtain as much fresh air as possible and find a seat in the middle of the ship on the lower deck and this is where the ship moves the least.
If you are flying ask for a seat over the wing as this is where the plane is most stable..

In addition to taking Avomine you may find the following other suggestions of benefit-
• Avoid heavy meals before travelling
• Ginger or peppermint are known to settle the stomach
• Accupressure either by wearing a wrist band or by pressing your fingers against the middle of the inner wrist about three fingers width above the crease where the wrist joins the hand.
