Before bedtime pump the liquid solution into both nostrils with head bent backwards, until the solution is felt at the back of the throat. 4 to 6 pumps for each nostril are usually sufficient. For best results do not eat or drink after application.
Polysorbate 80, Glycerol 85%, Sodium Chloride, Edetatesodium, HPW, Potassium Sorbate 0.15%.
