How to use
Before using the Amielle dilators for the first time wash thoroughly with hot soapy water. The recommend position to use the Amielle dilators is to lie flat on your back with your knees bent and legs slightly apart. Using the smallest one first apply the handle and apply the water based lubricant. Relaxing as much as possible gently ease the dilator in to your vagina and leave in for up to 5 minutes. Repeat daily. Once you are comfortable with this size increase the next size until you are comfortable using the largest dilator. When you are comfortable using the largest Amielle Comfort dilator you may be ready to attempt sexual intercourse.
