Dieting Tips
Below are a few tips which you may find beneficial to help with you on your journey whilst taking Adios tablets -
• Take a before and after photograph this will remind you how well you are doing.
• Weigh yourself every week to see your progress.
• Don't ban foods- just look for lower calorie recipes
• Set yourself little targets - so for example when you have reached your first half a stone treat yourself to a new top or pamper yourself.
• Leftovers- if you have chocolate, biscuits in your house left over give these away, take them to work, you will feel better for not eating them.
• Drink plenty of water.
