Upon receipt of your delivery, please inspect the packaging for any visible signs of damage. If you feel that your goods have experienced a rough ride during transit and have arrived damaged then please e-mail our Customer Services Department at: customercare@pharmacy2u.co.uk. Please provide full details including the nature of the problem, your name, order number and contact details. In order to carry out any investigations, please contact us within two working days of receiving your delivery.
If upon opening your delivery, you find any items missing from your order, please check all packaging; due to the nature of our business some of our products are very small. If you are certain an item is missing then please e-mail our Customer Services Department at: customercare@pharmacy2u.co.uk. Please provide full details including the nature of the problem, your name and contact details. In order for us to locate your missing item, please contact us within two working days of receiving your delivery.
If we have sent you an incorrect item please do not open this as we need to receive it back in the same condition as it was sent. Please email our Customer Services Department at: customercare@pharmacy2u.co.uk. and provide full details including the nature of the problem, your name, order number and contact details.
In order for us to investigate the error please contact us within two working days of receiving your delivery.
If you decide within 7 days starting the day after you receive your goods, that you no longer require your order, please contact our Customer Service Department for return authorisation. The item is only eligible for return if it is in the exact condition in which it was delivered. Certain items including medicines, cosmetics and foodstuffs cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or sent incorrectly. Please email our Customer Service Department at customercare@pharmacy2u.co.uk and provide full details including the items you wish to return, your name, order number and contact details.
Please note that we will not refund delivery charges.
In the event that you are entitled to a refund, please note the refund will be made by the same method used to pay for the order. Credit card companies will only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.
Your statutory rights are not affected
If you are unhappy with our service in any way, we would like to know. We will do everything we can to resolve your complaints to your satisfaction. Please contact our Customer Services Department at customercare@pharmacy2u.co.uk.
If you have a complaint regarding a pharmaceutical service (advice, prescriptions, medicines) please contact one of our pharmacists in the first instance at: pharmacist@pharmacy2u.co.uk or call 0845 803 9033. If the pharmacist cannot satisfactorily deal with your complaint, please contact our Pharmacy Superintendent at director@pharmacy2u.co.uk or on the above telephone number.
If your complaint is still not resolved you may take the matter to your Health Authority (the address should be in your local telephone directory).
Our Customer Service Department operates between 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am - 1.00pm Saturday. Our Customer Service number 0845 803 9033 operates during these periods. Any emails or answer phone messages received outside these times will be dealt with at the earliest possible opportunity.
