One of their fully qualified staff will call, or email if preferred, when the patient’s prescription is due – so they don’t ever have to worry about running out.

Pharmacy2U will then get in touch with their doctor to authorise their prescription, and arrange it for them. The patient doesn’t even have to leave the comfort of home.

The trained pharmacy team will then dispense the medicines, saving people the time and hassle of a trip to the pharmacy.

And finally the medicines will be delivered to the address of the patient’s choice – they don’t have to do a thing!

The green cross code

Pharmacy2U is playing a key role in the fight against fraudulent online pharmacies. It is trialling a website scheme by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain which authenticates valid online UK pharmacies by the presence of the green pharmacy cross on their homepage.

Pharmacy2U has been at the forefront of developing beneficial patient services and establishing strict controls and operational procedures which meet or exceed the society’s requirements.
